TVTA leads a national initiative to give youth with limited opportunities a chance to reach their potential by offering professional, vocational, technical, and managerial training programs that meet the needs of potential employers

Since its inception in 2005, TVTA has trained nearly 4000 youth in twenty program areas and twenty sessions, placed over 65% of youth directly into jobs, and maintained a six-month retention rate of over 60%.
